“I Have Ed”

I have been using Hinckley’s Hyperlinks through two different companies for the past 12 years. Several times during that tenure, I have been asked who does our computer repair and upkeep. I always tell them, “I have Ed do it. He always takes very good care of my computer, and only has to come one time to get it right.” I pass the number along, and invariably, they choose someone like Geek Squad because the costs they are quoted are lower. Then after Geek Squad has come out for the 4th or 5th time, they ask again who do we use for our computer work, and I remind them that I have Ed.

I am a small business owner and rely heavily on my computer, internet access and email. If they are not working properly, I can’t function. Ed has always taken the utmost care to make sure our computers can interface with all the government websites we need, as well as looking down the road for future changes in the computer world. Are we ready for them and if we are not, he makes sure we are. I don’t have time to fuss with updates, software this, and computer that. This is why I have Ed. I have NEVER had compatibility issues, missed update issues, etc. In fact I have never had my computer down because it was not worked on properly the first time. This is why I have Ed.

Anytime someone asks me who I use, I tell them “I have Ed.” After hearing the horror stories, I am so glad that I do!

Obviously, I can’t recommend Hinckley’s Hyperlinks enough. Trust me, you will be happy when you say “I have Ed” too!
